Storz & Bickel is one of the most celebrated and well-known brands in the dry-herb vapouriser market. When Storz & Bickel first launched the Volcano Classic in 2000 it was one of the only devices on the market, and certainly the only one that has stood the test of time, and now commanding a huge and dedicated following.

Fast forward nearly two decades to 2019 and the guys from Storz & Bickel release their follow-up to the Classic, the Volcano Hybrid. The Volcano Hybrid has new features including a new inhalation system, a digital display and sleek new design, a new filling chamber, a faster heating-up time, and many more.

Why we love it

We still love the Volcano Classic, but we love the Volcano Hybrid even more due to its super-fast heating time, the tube attachment that can be used as an alternative to the balloon, the upgraded functionality, its smooth and clean taste, the accurate and easy to use temperature control, and its stylishly designed display. It may take a try or two to get used to the new inhalation technique, but many found the taste and practicality of the new Tube Kit feature to be superior to that of the Balloon kit, and that’s saying something! The design of the Volcano Hybrid is second to none and perfectly graces any room, we especially love the limited edition Onyx colour.

How to use

Place your Volcano Hybrid dry herb vaporiser on a flat surface within easy reach of a mains socket, be careful not to stretch the cable as you could pull your Volcano Hybrid from the surface which could cause considerable damage which would not be covered under the warranty.

To switch on your Volcano Hybrid press the ‘Heat’ button, this will instruct your Volcano Hybrid to rapidly rise top the temperature that you desire.

Use the plus and minus buttons on either side of the display to set the temperature.

While your Volcano Hybrid is heating, load the chamber with your chosen material, remember to use the brush provided to brush away any residue to ensure a high quality taste every time.

Place the filling chamber on top of the heating element situated at the very top of your Volcano Hybrid, then connect either an EASY VALVE Balloon with Mouthpiece, or the Tube Kit on top of the filing chamber.

When all the parts of your Volcano Hybrid are in place, and the temperature is set, press the ‘AIR’ button to start filling your bag, or simply inhale the vapour directly from the EASY VALVE Balloon with Mouthpiece, or the Tube Kit. PLEASE NOTE: do not use ‘AIR’ while inhaling from the Tube Kit as suction from your own mouth is sufficient.

Remember to clean your Volcano Hybrid regularly.
