Why we love it

“3-piece” I hear you say, well yes, that’s right. The fantastic team from PAX got bored of engineering some of the best dry herb vaporisers on the planet and produced a grinder that stands out from the crowd due to it only having three chambers, as well as looking great and producing an evenly ground finish. The reason it has three chambers, as opposed to the more traditional four, is because the PAX designers realised most people don’t utilise the kief caught in the chamber, so they got rid of it. If you think about it, it makes perfect sense, grinders were invented in the US where hash has traditionally been difficult to find, so people used to make their own hash out of kief which would fall from buds in the preparation process. These days there’s an abundance of hash products on the market, thus the need for kief chambers has diminished.
