I wanted to try CBD to help with my anxiety and help me sleep better at night after doing some research and hearing from friends about the benefits.
My first impressions of the product were that it looked very professional. The bottle comes in a protective cardboard tube which was convenient for going on holiday. There are instructions on the packaging on how to take which I followed every day.
I found that I got sleep easily and I did feel like some of my anxiety had reduced even though work continued to be stressful. The oil has a very strong taste but I was expecting this! I also found I had less aches and pains after workouts which I think was thanks to the CBD oil.

Immune Support CBD Soft Gel Capsules
As someone who is a bit of a supplement nerd reviewing these CBD capsules was exciting! As well as each recommended serving containing 20mg of CBD, these capsules contain a host of other vitamins and extracts. Daily recommended doses of Vitamin A and Vitamin D are included as well as natural extracts of Ginger, Echinacea, Sage, Turmeric and Licorice.
With all of these ingredients, I expected the capsules to be large, but they are a normal, easy to swallow size. I was also worried they may have a strong taste but was surprised that they were tasteless.
I’ve been supplementing Vitamin D and Echinacea and of course CBD oil on a regular basis due to COVID-19 and I know that Turmeric and Ginger are great immune boosters. Combined with CBD and the other ingredients these capsules are a great way to give your body the best chance to fight off illness.

25mg Full Spectrum CBD Gummies
Nice gummies which aren’t coated in loads of sugar like some brands. The tub only contains two flavours but this means they aren’t full of artificial ingredients, which makes sense considering this should be a health product.
Each gummy has 25mg CBD, which is an OK dose for beginners and those just looking for a top-up. Personally, I ate 2 a day so the tub didn’t last long but when I checked online there are stronger gummies available. I would recommend these to friends and family over some of the other gummies on the market due to the fact the ingredients are more natural than many other brands.

CBD Capsules
The packaging feels very masculine and looks athletic, which is a big difference to other CBD brands I have tried.
The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The dose is high at 50mg which meant I only had to take 1 per night. I have noticed my skin has improved while taking them and I am sleeping well as I would expect when taking CBD.
I am happy with these capsules and will continue to take them after the trial as they are well-priced for a quality product.
