Vitality CBD is one of the UK’s leading brands. With a presence in over 4000 stores across the UK, including Boots and Asda, it’s fair to say they’ve created one of the most accessible CBD ranges around. Vitality is also big on education, doing everything possible to help people understand how, when and why to take CBD, as we found out in our recent feature. After learning more about the brand, we sent out a selection of their products to our independent review team to see how their products stacked up. The products have been with our genuine consumers for a few weeks now, here’s what they thought.
Immunity Support CBD
I work with young people and often catch the various viruses that are going around. As a result, I have felt like my immune system has been quite run down for the last year.
I was interested to take Vitality 1200MG CBD as it specialised itself in supporting the immune system. Included in the CBD oil were also Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid.
My Vitality CBD oil came in a neat and extremely informative packaging with a choice of two oral applications – spray and pipette – with very clear directions as to what dosage was recommended depending on which application. I tried both applications but ultimately still preferred the pipette. It had clear measurements marked on the pipette so that I knew exactly how much I was taking. It is also worth mentioning the informative booklet included in the packaging with key tips, guidance on how to find your appropriate dosage and information on the company. I learnt a lot about the CBD I was taking from this booklet.
I aimed for their recommended dosage of 70mg a day. Vitality CBD tastes very different to any other CBD oil I have tried before. It had quite a sweet flavouring to it which made it much more pleasant to take. It is definitely a good one to go with if it is your first-time trying CBD oil.
Whilst taking Vitality CBD, I have not caught any illnesses nor I have not felt run down. I am keen to continue taking it to see if it continues to boost my immune system.

Active: Relax CBD Oil Cherry Flavour
I have always been quite a stressy person, but since opening my own business almost a year ago, I have become a lot worse.
Struggling to sleep, unable to focus on anything other than my business, being snappy with my partner, to name a few things.
I resorted to taking over the counter sleeping tablets at night to try and get some sleep, but still I would end up lying awake until the early hours, restless and worrying about things that hadn’t even happened.
In the evenings I would come home from work and have several glasses of wine if I had had a particularly stressful day. I did some research into CBD oil and decided to give it a go.

Within an hour I already feel far more relaxed and I have been sleeping so much better. I have even stopped taking any form of sleeping tablets.

CBD Muscle & Joint Gel
I was sent the Vitality Muscle & Joint Gel to review as I have a shoulder injury that flares up from time to time, usually resulting in stiffness and soreness which hurts when I’m sat working or trying to sleep.
Straight away I was impressed with the product, it comes in a glass jar, which is good from an environmental perspective. There’s a lot of educational info on the box and in the box, but most of it seems to apply to CBD oil and the other products Vitality sell. That said, it’s a muscle rub, so how much info on how to use do you need?
The product smells very nice, has a strong eucalyptus aroma, an instant association with a spa and wellness. The gel looks more like a cream until you apply it, where it melts quickly and rubs in fast. It doesn’t leave any sort of residue or sticky feeling on the skin and has an instant cooling effect, so I’m able to use this at my desk as well.
I would say the product helped me get to sleep faster, I will often toss and turn to get into a comfortable position when the shoulder is playing up, but I felt this helped me relax much faster.

Lemon Flavour CBD Oil
This was my first time trying CBD which I wanted to try for general aches and pains associated with getting older. At first I was a little overwhelmed with what to do but thankfully the company included some very clear instructions on how to take the oil and when. I decided to try the spray as that seemed the easiest way of managing the amount I would take and I started with one spray in the morning and one at night.
At first I felt a bit strange holding the oil under my tongue but you soon get used to it. The taste was fine, I have a friend who tried CBD oil and said she did not enjoy the taste but this wasn’t unpleasant. I feel like the CBD has helped with my mobility and I’m very glad I have tried it. If you’re reluctant like me you should give it a try.
